At Aditya Global Industries each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer, but we understand that manual errors can happen. Hence, our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind in providing an easy and transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not have to use the policy as far as possible, but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to exchange, return or repair the product.
We would consider exchange, return, or repair requests under the following sceanarios:
1) Item Received in Damaged Condition or with Manufacturing Defect:
If you have received an item in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect, please mail us at adityaglobalindustriesbuz@gmai.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the item(s). The mail should reach us within 2 days of the delivery of the order. Our team would get back and help you find a solution by either offering the return for exchange, repair or for full refund in the form of a store credit which can be used against future purchases. While shipping back such Items the buyer should clearly mention "RETURN FOR REPAIR/EXCHANGE" on the package in Bold letters. This is only applicable for orders placed with the shipping address within India.
2) Wrong Item Delivered:
If you have received a wrong item, please mail us at
adityaglobalindustriesbuz@gmail.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the item(s). The mail should reach us within 2 days of the delivery of the order. Our team would get back and help you find a solution by either offering the return for exchange or for full refund in the form of a store credit which can be used against future purchases. While shipping back such Items the buyer should clearly mention "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE" on package in Bold letters. This is only applicable for orders placed with the shipping address within India.
3) Discount sale/clearance sale items:
Items sold under discount sales or clearance sales are final and will not be exchanged, returned or repaired under any circumstanses.
4) International Orders:
For our international customers whose billing and shipping address are not within India, if you have received an item which you want to exchange/repair/return, please mail us at
adityaglobalindustriesbuz@gmail.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the item(s). The mail should reach us within 2 days of the delivery of the order. For our international customers, we can consider exchanging/repairing/returning an order if the customer ships it back to us. While shipping back such items the buyer should clearly mention "RETURN FOR REPAIR/EXCHANGE/REFUND" on the package in Bold letters. If the item has to be exchanged for the same product or repaired, we will ship it back free of cost; otherwise if the product has to be returned for refund, we will issue a store credit which can be used at the store against future purchases. The company will bear the cost of reverse shipment (sending back of an exchanged or repaired order to the customer) in such cases.
